DIDN'T RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE YET? 

It says Delivered, but you didn't receive your package. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for your package to arrive. If it does not show up by then, please check with your delivery carrier.

For any "Delivered" packages that may have been stolen, misplaced, lost or mishandled, we do not claim responsibility for compensation or reimbursement.

Oliver Modern Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. No exceptions.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

We are happy to accept any eligible items within 14 days for a full refund.

 

Oliver Modern Jewelry will not cover shipping costs for returns.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.

 

 Sale items and earrings are final sale, not eligible for returns ⟡ 

 

To start your return, please email us at shop@olivermodernjewelry.com and provide your order number and full name. 

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shop@olivermodernjewelry.com

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item along with pictures so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
